Jing Ma specializes in Information Management and Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Rural E-commerce, and Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D). She can be contacted via email at majing@cumtb.edu.cn. She holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Sichuan University, where she also earned her Master’s degree, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management and Information Systems from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Currently, she is a faculty member at the School of Management, China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing), where she teaches undergraduate courses such as Big Data Analysis for Securities Investment and Big Data Analysis in E-commerce.
